Greetings! Welcome to the 36th edition of the Carnival of Debt Management! There have been talks on the blogosphere about Debt Consolidation Lowdown site. We want to issue a clarification on that. We no longer own Debt Consolidation Lowdown. The new owner of the site has decided to redirect all links to his website. Since we have already sold the site, there is hardly anything we can do. From now onwards, Carnival of Debt Management will be hosted on Credit Card Lowdown.
